TANDEM　casual 2020　カスアルロゼ

ラテン語で、偶発的な、偶然の。
2008年にピノ・ノワールのブドウでつくろうとしたときに、この名前が生まれました。
ホッパーでのブドウの受け入れ時にエンジンが壊れ、思わぬ事故が起きてしまい、白ではなくロゼになってしまったのです。
偶然の中から生まれたワインです。
産地 スペイン ぶどう品種 ガルナッチャ 土壌 粘土質ローム 醸造 ステンレス鋼で7時間スキンコンタクトを行います。
澱引きされ、16℃でゆっくりと発酵させる。
アルコール度数 14% サーヴィス温度. 12 ºC テイスティングノート 美しい淡いピンク色で、縁は薄い紫色をしています。
赤い果実、キャンディー、赤いバラの花びらのような複雑なノーズ。
口いっぱいに広がる味わいは、フレッシュで長い余韻があります。
